delivery time was perfect, I got the package and opened it to check, the machine is all good; I was testing the machine, I have some operations not understand, Victoria was very patient to answer my questions, i fell very good, they told me the product is upgraded, I'm very sure it's true, it's a little bit different from the previous machine I bought, the upgraded one is better to operate, it's very silky and smooth, I like it very much, I'll continue to buy it in the future.

The delivery was quick and consolidated with previous order. Sophie was great at my last minute request to add-on this into my existing order. I would order again.
